Acceptance
By creating an account or using Fitte, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Early-access service
Fitte is free to join and is offered as an early-access service. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may adjust usage limits, free allowances, or pricing as the service evolves.
Credits & payments
Some features (such as on-body outfit renders and wardrobe adds) consume credits. New accounts receive free credits, and you can buy more as one-time credit bundles — there is no subscription. Credits never expire, are tied to your account, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Payments are processed by our payment provider; bundle prices may change, but credits you already hold are never taken away. If a purchase fails to arrive, contact us and we will put it right.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use Fitte.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant Fitte a limited license to store and process your content only as needed to provide the service to you — including sending images to our AI provider for garment analysis, outfit pairing, and on-body visualization. You confirm you have the right to upload the photos you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, photos of other people without their consent, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI systems.
AI-generated results
Outfit suggestions, extracted attributes, and generated images are produced by automated AI systems and may be inaccurate or imperfect. They are provided for convenience and inspiration, not as professional advice. Use your own judgment.
No warranty
Fitte is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitte and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Fitte and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if we discontinue the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
